    I define the what before the how

    I start by understanding your business and writing it down: which problem we solve, for whom and within which time, budget and technology limits. That document becomes the source of truth for me, for your team and for the agents that later write the code.

    A plan that survives growth

    With planning agents I analyse the requirements, compare approaches and choose the stack based on how it will grow, what it will cost to maintain and who will maintain it. The result is a phased plan with its risks and decisions explained, not a loose task list.

    I write code with AI agents, but the judgement is mine: every phase lives in its own branch, every change goes through code review and nothing is merged without tests. That is how you gain speed without losing control or quality.

    I build modern, responsive and accessible interfaces, with light and dark themes and motion that supports rather than distracts. I follow European accessibility rules and take care of SEO from day one, not at the end.

  5. Phase 05 · 100% context

    Ship

    In production, and staying there

    I test with unit, integration and end-to-end tests, and deploy with continuous integration, containers and a rollback plan if something fails. Then I maintain it, automate the repetitive work with n8n and, if you need it, train your team so they can carry on without me.
